How to Update Profiles in Member Information Center

Overview of Orleans Chamber Member Features at ChamberMaster:

ChamberMasterChamberMaster allows the member secure access to a Members Only website. Through this site, the member can update their member record, which is used to generate all office communications and invoicing, and the business directory on our website.

There are other features the member can utilize through the Member Information Center:

  • Add categories to their business directory listing
  • Advertise with Hot Deals and Member to Member Offers and monitor the Internet hits
  • Post current job openings
  • Register for an event online and pay with credit card
  • Pay invoices online with credit card

Convenient access to all these features is available by logging into the ChamberMaster Members Only website at or on our website under Member Login. If your business is a current Chamber member and you do not have your ChamberMaster login credentials, please contact the Chamber office.

The ChamberMaster Members Only website is a password protected web-based software accessed through an active Internet connection. Once successfully logged in, chamber members have access to features by selecting the proper main menu module. Main menu modules and a short description are as follows:

Home menu displays current ChamberMaster statistics such as your designated membership package, and how many active hot deals and job postings you have.

Directory allows you to look up contact information for any member or representative.

Member Info module allows you to view, edit, and add information that chamber staff uses when working with your account. This includes your business information, business categories, your employees (representatives), and your ChamberMaster login name and password. Each representative can also select from this module to have their name displayed on your business directory page.

Webpage Info module is to view, edit and add the business information that you want the consumer to see when they view your business directory listing on the Chamber’s website. Information in this section can be different than in the Member Info module and the options will be different depending on your membership type.

Advertising module contains selections that allow you to increase visibility and build business by advertising specials including Member to Member Offers, and posting employment needs with Job Postings. Once submitted, send an email to the Chamber requesting approval. Once approved, the posting is immediately added to the Chamber’s website where it can be viewed by consumers visiting the website.

Reports module contains selections to view and/or print reports displaying your membership profile information, Hot Deals, Member to Member and Job Posting hits, and sponsorship ad hits (if purchased).

User Manuals displays documents with instructions to assist in your use of the Members Only website and a few other documents that you may find helpful.

Linked Accounts displays any linked accounts utilized through Enhanced membership options.
