Please join us on-line for 35 minutes of mindfulness practice every Monday from 12 noon until 12:35 p.m. It is led by Deborah Ennis, a psychotherapist and mindfulness teacher in the Orleans area. This is a drop-in class for people who are new to meditation, as well as for experienced meditators.
