Mindful Mondays Meditation

An event every week that begins at 12:00 pm on Monday, repeating until December 31, 2021
Mindful Monday Meditation weekly on-line class enters its third year in 2021. Please join us.
Every Monday from 12:00-12:35 p.m. ET on line.
Each class includes a short talk, a guided meditation practice, and time to connect with others.
Both beginners and experienced practitioners of meditation are welcome. The class will be led by Deborah Ennis, certified mindfulness instructor and psychotherapist.
Mindfulness offers the possibility of increased peace, focus, and emotional regulation, along with physiological benefits such as decreased stress, enhanced immune function and relaxed muscle tension.
The guided meditations invite us to be present with things as they are, with kind attention for ourselves and others as we face life’s changes and challenges. It is possible to be calm and steady in the midst of a pandemic, along with life circumstances as they ebb and flow.
