Mindful Monday drop in class

Please join us on-line for 35 minutes of mindfulness practice every Monday from 12 noon until 12:35 p.m. It is led by Deborah Ennis, a psychotherapist and mindfulness teacher in the Orleans area. This is a drop-in class for people who are new to meditation, as well as for experienced meditators. Guided by an experienced teacher, our intention is to practice relaxing the body and quieting the mind in order to create inner peace and focus.
Mindfulness can be of benefit to our mental, physical, and emotional well-being.
