When do Orleans Beaches charge for parking?

Weekends starting Saturday, May 26, 2018
Daily starting Saturday, June 16, 2018
Last day charging Monday, September 3, 2018 (Labor Day)
Hours of operation are – 7:30 A.M. – 4:30 P.M

When are Orleans Beaches closed?

Nauset Beach: closed 11 PM – 6 AM
Sunrise viewers welcome to park near the gatehouse. Visiting past 7:30 AM will require a valid hangtag/sticker.
Skaket Beach: closed 10 PM – 7 AM

What are the parking fees at Nauset & Skaket Beach?

Daily Hangtag: $20.00/daily
Available at Nauset and Skaket entry gates. Cash only. Daily pass per single vehicle, same day re-entry. Non transferable, no refunds.

Week Pass: $75.00/week (7 days from the date of purchase)
Available at Nauset Administration Building, 250 Beach Rd. 9 am – 3:30 pm. Cash or Check only. Valid vehicle registration required. Valid 7 consecutive days from date of purchase.

Season Pass: $220.00/season
Available at Nauset Beach Admin Building, 250 Beach Rd. 9 am – 3:30 pm. Cash or Check only. Valid vehicle registration required.

If I’m visiting Orleans this summer can I buy a weekly sticker for the beach parking lots? When? Where?

Yes. Beach parking lot stickers (weekly & seasonal) are available to purchase at the Nauset Beach Administration Bldg, 250 Beach Rd., Saturday’s & Sunday’s starting May 26, 2018. Daily sales begin Saturday June 16, 2018.  Bring a copy of your current vehicle registration. A 1-week permit is $75 (Seven consecutive days from the date of purchase) and the seasonal permit is $220.

How much per day for a daily beach ticket and where can I purchase it?

Nauset & Skaket daily tickets are available at their respective gatehouses for $20 (2018 prices). The tickets are valid at both Nauset and Skaket for the same day.

When and where can I buy a sticker for my OSV?

Can I bring my dog to the beach?

Only during the off season – fall, winter and early spring

Dogs are not permitted during the following dates:
Skaket Beach, Rock Harbor & Nauset Beach – April 1st-September 3rd

South of Trail #1 to Chatham Inlet – Must be on leash of not more than 30 feet at all times from April 1st-September 3rd (no leash required after September 3rd)
